  • Remarks This guide should be completed by a multidisciplinary core team of individuals comprised at a minimum of a logistics manager, project manager, and IT staff with the goal of presenting the results to key decision makers and stakeholders. Where possible, include the future users or beneficiaries of the C-LMIS users as part of the team. As no single person will be able to grasp and explain what is demanded from every level and dimension of the supply chain, a group of people are required to be involved in the completion of this assessment and visioning process. A shared vision that compliments the program’s capabilities will follow only when consensus has been built
