| When to use | When a clinic or facility has no current system for managing dispensing efforts for patients on ART and OI treatments and needs to get one up and running quickly. |

| Amount of training / ta required | Generally speaking, a range of 7-10 days are needed. This includes time for data conversion, training, and go-live support. Discussions with MSH staff are required prior to planning for an implementation and the time requirements may be adjusted based on each site's situation. |
| Inputs & Outputs | INPUTS: Patient biographical information, patient dispensing information, select inventory information for all HIV/AIDS medicines/supplies tracked in the tool. Information about all ART and OI regimens dispensed. OUTPUTS: Wide variety of reports based on the information entered into the tool, including: Number of active patients by regimen, Patient schedule, List of patients (supported by different donors), etc. |

| Advantages | Is easy to use and maintain. Has �batch�/lot and expiry date tracking for the medicines and supplies being dispensed. Can be used in conjunction with other existing software applications. Can be easily customized to work for other diseases besides HIV/AIDS. |
