Monitoring & Evaluation Toolkit

This Toolkit should be used when writing an M&E plan and performance framework for a Global Fund grant. The toolkit consists of 2 parts. Part 1 rovides general guidance on M&E systems and the steps needed to strengthen them and information on Global Fund M&E requirements. Part 2 includes four independent sections with lists of recommended indicators and indicator descriptions for HIV, TB, Malaria and Health System Strengthening.
