The Clinton Foundation announces the release of the ARV Procurement Forecasting Tool version 4.0. This tool represents an integration of CHAI’s adult and pediatric ARV forecasting tools to generate a single demand forecast for entire national programs, or clinic level forecasts if desired. Other new features in the tool include the incorporation of expiration dates for existing stock and an expanded list of new ARVs, including pediatric fixed dose combinations. As with all CHAI tools, the tool is Excel based and requires minimal system requirements and can be easily modified to suit most environments. Before using the tool, we encourage first-time users to get trained in its use. CHAI is available to provide support and background information.
